Through his career in real estate, Mike has proven to be a top producing sales broker as well as opening his own brokerage firm, Fratelli Properties. Mike has also been successful in the highly speculative field of real estate development through his firm Fratelli Designs and Fratelli Casa.

 

Utilizing conservative underwriting, aggressive acquisitions and organized  construction management, Mike has a proven track of setting record sales prices and providing all stakeholders higher than average returns. He prides himself as a fiduciary and believes in building long lasting relationships through employing an abundance mindset.

As a second generation immigrant, Mike holds a belief in the American dream. Born in Los Angeles, but with strong roots in Houston for over 15 years, Mike is happy to call Houston home.
